Muamba Tweeter's Appeal Rejected

Liam Stacey, the student who posted racially aggravated and harassing messages on social networking site Twitter about footballer Fabrice Muamba has had his sentence upheld.

The picture Fab had posted on his twitter
It was expected that after all the evidence shown in court that any appeal would be turned down, however, had he has his sentence over turned he would have been freed this morning.

Meanwhile Fabrice Muamba had someone tweet a picture of him (right) to his official account showing his recovery.

Fab's recovery is coming on well and the smile on his face shows that he is progressing nicely. Although he won't be released anytime soon, he is allowed more friends and family to see him and this can only serve to keep his spirits up.
