Lee Clark High On Birmingham's List

Former Huddersfield Town manager Lee Clark is heading up a list of potential successors to Chris Hughton at Birmingham City.

After the 43 game unbeaten run with Huddersfield, 39 year-old Clark was linked with many jobs including Leeds United and Norwich City. With Neil Warnock going to Leeds and Norwich asking for "top level experience", Birmingham are the latest outfit to be linked with former Newcastle player.

Also on the list of potential gaffers is Steve Cotterill, Sammy Lee and Nick Barmby. Birmingham are more than capable of pushing for promotion in the coming season so the choice of manager will be instrumental in attaining top flight football for the future.
